" El Secre " personal assistant of " El Viceroy " captured in Chihuahua

Elements for the Mexican Army and the Federal Police detained in Chihuahua , David Aaron Espinoza alias " El Secre " , presumed personal assistant of Vincente Carillo Fuentes, " El Viceroy ", Leader of the Juarez cartel who was captured this past October.

Espinoza Haro , 47 years of age, was in charge of moving multiple shipments of money from particular places in Chihuahua for the Carrillo Fuentes group.

"El Secre " obtained the money from diverse criminal activities, like trafficking of drugs , extortion and kidnapping.

His Boss , " El Viceroy " brother of the deceased Amado Carillo Fuentes , " El Senor de los Cielos " , was captured also by the Federal Police while traveling in a vehicle.


 
Before his capture, Vincente Carillo Fuentes told the Federal Forces that he was a simple seed trader, however today he faces criminal charges in the maximum security prison Puente Grande in Jalisco State.

10 bodies and 11 decapitated heads discovered in guerrero fosas

11 heads and 10 bodies, were discovered  on Tuesday  in six clandestine graves.  The remains were found in a village that is a part of  the municipality of Chilapa.  Chilapa is  in the central region of the State of Guerrero, in southern  Mexico.

According to information from representatives of the Office of the Attorney-General, the graves were located in the village of Tepehuixco of Chilapa de Alvarez. [see red star on map]


The area is being guarded by federal troops, State police, as the Attorney General and the Mexican army experts conduct investigations.

According to the State Government, on 08:30 (local time) on Tuesday, the staff of the Prosecutor's Office  moved to the area known as El Huizache, in the community of Tepehuixco, where six graves were located.  

 The bodies in 5 of the graves were intact, showing signs of torture, some with gunshot wounds, others showing blunt force trauma wounds about the head. The corpses were estimated to be about 1 week old.

The 6th grave held 11 severed heads.  The heads appeared to be of a much greater decomposition and may belong to the 11 headless bodies discovered  on November 27th.

El Chapo files complaint against extradition Judge

El Chapo files complaint against the Judge who approved his extradition

El Chapo Guzman



The former leader of the Sinaloa cartel Joaquin El Chapo Guzman , filed a complaint against the 13th District Amparo Criminal Judge , after that Judge discarded their original demand against eventual extradition to the United States , where he has existing charges with the Justice Dept.


Chapo's defense lawyers filed a complaint with the Fifth Criminal Court Judges who assigned it case number 5/2015



Before this action, Guzman Loera presented an amparo against the order of extradition and its immediate execution ,however a Judge dismissed the appeal without previously studying it.
The guarantees judgment 1233/2014 was presented on December 17th, and subsequently the previous 13th District Judge threw out the appeal.


With regard to the order of extradition, it was categorical in affirming that it constitutes a "future and imminent act " , was the defense of Joaquin Guzman Loera insisting that there is provision for a transfer to the United States where he faces murder charges.
