I can't help but feel that HP is either showing weakness or is just plain lame when it comes to competing with Cisco's unified computing system. Why? Time for a Data Center Tune-Up
We all know the importance of doing regular, preventative maintenance on our cars. Proper maintenance not only keeps vehicles running reliably, but practices such as maintaining optimal tire pressure and replacing old air filters can also improve gas mileage and overall performance.

Cisco fortifies data center storage capabilities
Cisco this week added new features to its MDS 9000 SAN switches in an effort to enhance storage performance on IBM mainframes as well as third-party SAN products. The enhancements to the MDS 9000 are intended to improve security and accelerate data traffic over distances as far as 20,000 kilometers, according to this report from colleague Jon Brodkin.

Business travelers need to read before booking great deals.
Starwood's Hotels did a good thing by lowering prices at some 600 of 1000 properties by 50%. But be sure if you are reading everything before you book. Every low price I did see of which I checked the Weston Hotels was pre-pay only with no refund. This is not good for business as we all know that plans change every other day. Hotels should always have a 24 to 48 hour cancelation policy to help business...
