It's me again with my lame child:
http://milliways.chance.ru/~ark/soft/openfwtk-snapshot-feb2007-3.tar.gz
it is, like, fwtk on steroids: BSD-licensed, includes content
inspection and really not that bad, but poorly documented, not that
portable (ask me privately for HP-UX porting instructions).
Yhe most important feature it lacks ATM is https MITM proxy
and ssl/tls tricks in general. But i will do, as i did quit my
very time-consuming job in ADVA Technologies. So the project will
be moved to Sourceforge and i hope gets a kind of afterlife there ;-)

Hi!
Zorp has two versions:
Zorp-GPL is open source and free both in the freedom and the beer sense.
Zorp-Pro is commercial in the bad^H^H^Hgood old sense.
Check 'em out, even the GPL is much more sophisticated than anything
else around.
