NTT DOCOMO HITS 1GBPS IN 4G FIELD TRIALS
NTT DoCoMo, Japan's biggest mobile communications carrier, has
successfully tested 1Gbps transmission speeds using 4G

nearer to use in mobile phones, the company said Friday.
