IBM contractor loses employee data, 05/15/07:  An unnamed IBM vendor has lost tapes containing sensitive information on IBM employees, the computer maker confirmed Tuesday.

IBM releases free tool for creating Web apps, 05/16/07:  IBM on Wednesday released a free Web application development tool aimed at users in small businesses who lack the technical skills often needed to build applications.

IBM wires telemedicine network for military hospitals, 05/15/07:  IBM and healthcare technology vendor VISICU are wiring a telemedicine network that will provide remote critical-care support to military hospitals along the Pacific Rim, the companies announced this week.
