To help end users find the cream of the crop, dotMobi got together with Gomez to create a benchmark that tests and ranks the mobile Web experience provided by top businesses in airline, banking and search. What's going on at the desktop? It's not easy to know how well a public-facing Web application is performing for end users. There are just too many blind spots along Internet pathways.
