China Awards e-passport Contract to Datacard

Datacard Group was awarded a contract by China's Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) for diplomatic, service and public fair passport program based on the Datacard PB6500 Passport Issuance System. The customized solution features high-speed inkjet printing with secure lamination and smart chip technology. It meets the MFA's requirement for seamless fulfillment of passports issued centrally and in regional offices. The program is scheduled to launch in 2010.

NitroSecurity, Inc., a content-aware security information and compliance management (SIEM) solutions reports annual revenue growth exceeding 90% over the past four years and 85% year-to-year growth over 2008.

FLIR Systems Revenue Up 3%

Axis Communications announced that the company will report a strong close to 2009 with interim net sales of SEK 2,300 million and an interim operating profit of SEK 308 million. Axis will thus present earnings that are significantly better than the market's expectations.

Rothman Named President Honeywell Security Group

John M. Deignan has been named vice president and chief marketing officer (CMO), leading the company's global marketing and product management functions. In this newly created role, Deignan is now responsible for all global financial self-service and security marketing activities, as well as the company's sales support group and its business consulting activities.


Natoli Named Diebold CTO

Diebold, Incorporated has named Frank A. Natoli, Jr. vice president and chief technology officer (CTO), leading the company's product solutions development function. In this newly created role, Natoli will be responsible for leading the technology and engineering development group. He will also lead the team in supporting Diebold's growing services business by improving reliability, and aligning an emerging technology roadmap with Diebold's corporate strategies.
