Authors are invited to submit papers for the workshop through by July 31, 2013. Submissions must be original and should not have been published previously or be under consideration for publication while being evaluated for this workshop.

 
The proceedings of the workshop will be published by Springer (Confirmed). The proceedings of the conference will be published by Springer in Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering (LNEE) series (Confirmed).  Hard copy of the Springer Proceedings will be distributed during the Conference. The softcopy will be available on SpringerLink.
