Three questions you should ask to determine whether or not to hire a Chief Data Officer (CDO).
"I believe the CDO wears two hats," says HP Blogger Keith Macbeath. "On one hand, the CDO is responsible for securing customer data that's inside the enterprise," he continues. "But the CDO must also deal with the opportunity to exploit the larger range of customer data outside the enterprise."
