Your 2015 map to becoming a stronger version of yourself

Last week I spoke about the importance of setting goals
and
the impact it will make on becoming a stronger version
of
you in 2015.

You deserve to be a stronger version of you, in whatever

you choose to do.

If you've been with me long enough, you are at least familiar
with the term "The Four Layers Of Strength".  

I've discussed this four-fold process for "becoming a stronger
