He has two Ph.Ds, one from the University of California (1977), and one from the University of Minnesota (1993). The Podesta Tweet and White House Denial: Are BOTH Telling the Truth

On February 13, Presidential Adviser John Podesta tweeted: "Finally, my biggest failure of 2014: Once again not securing the disclosure of the UFO files."
The White House did not respond, but reacted in 2011 to two petitions that had been filed asking for disclosure. Staffer Phil Larson wrote on the White House website: "The U.S. government has no evidence that any life exists outside our planet, or that an extraterrestrial presence has contacted or engaged any member of the human race. In addition, there is no credible information to suggest that any evidence is being hidden from the public's eye."
