Helicopter Video: Tuta speaking to his brother "They took me by surprise" Posted: 04 Mar 2015 12:57 AM PST Lucio for Borderland Beat posted by siskiyoukid In this video footage, Servando Gomez Martinez, 'La Tuta' who was arrested in Morelia on his birthday of February 27th,  is talking with his brother, Flavio Gomez Martinez, after their arrests, and he tells his brother to be sure "I told them [the PGR] everything".  La Tuta says "I was really taken by surprise, I never thought they had me", and his brother says that they "will do everything to get out of this." The federal police helicopter transfer is in great contrast to that of activist/autodefensa leader Dr Manuel Mireles.  Dr Mireles was back-cuffed, blindfolded and hooded for his transfer of 5 hours.Tuta and his brother, are not blind folded, hooded or cuffed in the back.Tuta's brother Flavio who was also arrested on the same day as Tuta but in the Yucatan city of Media. They are both cuffed in the front.  Front cuffing is far less secure, has much greater comfort, and does not completely restrain the men.
