| It seems as though officials under President Barack Obama’s command have become proficient at hiding scandals by circumventing federal record-keeping laws through conducting official business through private email and text — then deleting it on their own accord. That’s exactly what Obama’s EPA chief, Gina McCarthy, is accused of doing after claiming that out of the  Rep. Tony Cardenas recently joined forces with Rep. Luis Gutierrez, D-Ill., on his Immigration Action National Tour — a traveling convention that gathered illegal aliens and guided them on how to eventually apply for Obama’s amnesty programs.
