Politicians Do Better Job When Paid More: Study

What if higher salaries actually made politicians more eager to represent their constituents' interests? Politico reports on a study that suggests when elected representatives are paid more, they're more invested in keeping their jobs, more likely to pursue citizen-friendly policies and, perhaps, less inclined to rush the revolving door to K Street.
