Anti-spyware software like Adaware and Spybot Search & Destroy do a good job, but there are some spyware and browser hijackers that need some more potent tools. HijackThis is one of the most recognized tools for doing a more in-depth analysis of the malware that may be infecting your system. This week I posted a tutorial from the official HijackThis web site which explains how to interpret the HijackThis log file information.
