SAMSUNG ADVERTISES IMAGINARY OPTION

Gripe Line: What happens when an LCD monitor advertised as having
optional integrated speakers actually has no such capability? Well, if
you're a Samsung 225BW buyer, that answer, I'm afraid, is not much.
Other than a whopping headache, perhaps. "It's quite frustrating when
the manufacturer essentially tells you take a hike without even changing
its erroneous product description," Ed Foster reports in Samsung option
is imaginary. The problem is that, even though there are clips on the
monitor's back for them, said speakers just don't exist, as one reader
learned. Samsung pointed to a retailer, but it didn't have them... ...
