Many financial institutions are pondering two-factor authentication schemes in an attempt to keep fraudsters from stealing credentials from their customers online. After all, we've been told that strong authentication should incorporate a minimum of two of the following three things: something you know (e.g. a PIN), something you have (e.g. a token) or something you are (e.g. a thumbprint).
