But with federal agencies spending only a fraction of the projected dollars on Networx so far, carriers are asking: Where's the money? 100 Gigabit Ethernet: Bridge to Terabit Ethernet IT managers who are getting started with – or even pushing the limits of -- 10 Gigabit Ethernet in their LANs and data centers won't have to wait long for higher speed connectivity. Pre-standard 40 Gigabit and 100 Gigabit Ethernet products – server network interface cards, switch uplinks and switches -- are expected to hit the market later this year. Azaleos launches managed SharePoint service Managed service provider Azaleos Wednesday introduced a remote monitoring service for Microsoft SharePoint that covers the server and other necessary infrastructure. The 24-hour service is designed to keep SharePoint up and running for those who do not have or cannot afford to hire in-house talent. But the evolving mobile browsers are only one part of the picture. Mobile browsing is affected by the client hardware, ranging from the processor to the kind of wireless network being used, all of which have improved markedly.
