IT architects are in demand
The IT job market is coming back slowly, growing 1.8 percent in the past year. Employers are looking for people with the experience and skills to architect virtualization and consolidation projects. It's all about reducing costs and consolidation, according to James Del Monte, president of the IT placement firm JDA Professional Services.
