Same email here. When something sounds so good to be true, it's so good to be true.
Just got one (which says it's from UNISON.org.uk): "$3,500,000(Three Million,Five Hundred Thousand) USD as developmental aid from the UN/US GOVT Grant Foundation." And to "contact UNDP Secretary: Mrs. Judith Cox on this Email: jcox_grant13@live.com" with my personal info.

I just received the same email only I am being offered $2,000,000 USD. My contact is ameliageorge@globomail.com. I received it from a-birkenstock@telebel-dsl.de, however, my email looks very authentic with even a legal disclaimer at the bottom of the page, guess they must be getting desperate.
