Hello Sir/Madam,

We are developing software runs at iPhone, iPad and Android.

Basically, this software is an auto follow tool built for twitter users.

Main features:
Automatically follow twitter users
Follow users with similar interests

The page is not ready, we need in web designer to build it.

This project required programmers, GUI designers, web designer, newsmaker. The program should support
English, German, French, Spanish, Chinese interface languages.

I can work with independent freelancers, but full cycle teams are also appreciated.

Please discuss a budget for all above tasks.
