In the FCC's eighth survey of the broadband landscape it was acknowledged that ISPs have made progress in expanding their network footprints, but significant gaps in coverage still exist. The report has therefore concluded that broadband providers are not moving toward universal service in a "reasonable and timely" fashion. Read More
