In 2012, DataDyne's EpiSurveyor project demonstrated how the application of Web and mobile tools can make real-time electronic data collection with smartphones affordable, and often free, to international development sector workers.
Digital Access:
Curriki introduced us to an online community that makes open educational resources available for free and creates a collaborative social network for educators, parents and students.
Environment:
Fujitsu Ltd.'s Great East Japan Earthquake Response Program supplied free cloud services, communication applications, PCs and more to help all those affected by the massive March 2011 earthquake in Japan.

2013 nominations will be accepted until January 18, 2013, with the Awards Ceremony and Gala Evening taking place on June 3, 2013 in Washington, DC.
