MetroPCS launches RCS on 4G LTE
Not quite three months after it announced plans to offer voice over LTE (VoLTE), MetroPCS has launched Rich Communication Services (RCS) over its 4G LTE network. MetroPCS will offer its RCS services under the GSMA-licensed joyn brand, based on the GSMA RCS 5.0 standard. The service features will be included in all 4G LTE rate plans and RCS-enabled smartphones. Read More
