CDG: Panochitas Leader of Los Metros Arrested in Texas

Juan Francisco Saenz Tamez known as Panochitas or Metro 103 was captured in the US border of Texas, by the border patrol. Panochitas is the current leader of Los Metros (jefe de sicarios)  and had the reputation of being a violent individual. 

Panochitas is responsible for the murders of various soldiers during shootouts in Camargo, Tamaulipas.

Reportedly  the arrest was in the border town of Edinburg Texas, however it has not been officially reported,  and details have not been made public.  

Moros Rap facebook page also is reporting the capture, and where the photo was accessed from.

Comandante Panochitas was the current leader of Los Metros, and various soldiers have died in shootouts against his estacas. The women in the picture is Nidia Tamez the mom of Panochitas and because of this woman various families have lost their ranches in Camargo, Tamaulipas. In other words whatever Nidia wants her son Panochas will do it for her
I then found this information from VXT from earlier 2014

Juan Francisco Tamez, is the jefe de sicarios for los metros, but it is his mother, who calls the shots.  She is  Nidia Tamez who's who in the photo next to him, she was one of many mistresses of Galdino Cruz Mellado who she had a great influence on.  Various crimes conducted to appease the whims of the lady, if she wants a ranch, it becomes hers, what she wants becomes hers taken from the rightful owner.  Her uncle was given the office of mayor  his grandfather as manager, her aunt as president of the PRI  her father as responsible for public safety.

Nothing earth shattering, but this interrogation clip was released of  Vicente Carrillo Fuentes, the Juarez cartel leader captured yesterday in Torreon Coahuila while driving a truck. 

The man known as E l Viceroy, or Chacorta, the character based on him in the series " Señor de los Cielos".

He states he began working with his brother, "may he rest in peace" at the age of 28.  His brother is Amado Carrillo,  Señor de los Cielos", leader of Juarez cartel who died from complcations of plastic surgery.

He insists he never killed anyone, nor ordered anyone killed,  to this day he says that never happened.  He is asked about his health, he says he only suffers from gastritis, and  underwent back surgery for injuries sustained in a fall from a horse,  for which he traveled to Mexico City for rehabilitation every 3-5 months.

The officer asks him how he travels to DF, he seems surprised by the question and answers "by land". 

The officer tells Vicente that people will be conducting tests to determine the state of his health.
When the capture went down, there were two trucks seized and another man arrested with Vicente, who was in the other vehicle.  Next the man is shown in the video, he has been referred to as Vicente escort.

Vicente motions to the "escort" and says to the officer, that he doesn't know why he was arrested, that he was not with him.

The officer asks the escort how he knows Vicente, he answers, he knows Vicente because he has a sister that Vicente used to be in a relationship with.  Vicente chimes in confirming that.

Both the officer and Vicente tell the escort to give good answers, Vicente said that he already told  the officer beforehand.

Vicente really pushes to separate the escort from himself, with the clip ending stating again he was not with him.
