Unbelievable: Obama wants an Ebola czar As Glenn was venting about the incompetence in the CDC, news broke that Obama was finally going to take some action. His big solution? Appointing an Ebola czar — and that's not the worst part. The Ebola czar doesn't have any legitimate experience dealing with deadly diseases or medical issues — he's Joe Biden's chief of staff!
