What do you mean with "open ports"? Normally all ports are "open".

I think you use debian as a NAT-Gateway, so you want port-forwardings:

iptables -t nat -A PREROUTING -i ppp0 -p tcp --destination-port 80 -j
DNAT --to-destination <privatetargetip>:80

Same for 8080 and 1514.
