New York says Dell defrauded PC buyers
The New York attorney general has filed a lawsuit charging that Dell Inc. used fraud and false advertising to increase profits on PC sales.

U.S. military bans access to social networking sites
The U.S. Department of Defense has blocked access to some social networking sites on its computers, saying use of the sites could clog the military's networks, a spokeswoman said Tuesday.
