Senators seek delay in patent bill, 06/12/07:  A group of five Republican senators is seeking a delay in legislation, supported by several large tech vendors, that would overhaul the U.S. patent system.

Retailers fume over PCI security rules, 06/08/07:  Several retailers this week bristled at having to comply with the Payment Card Industry's Data Security Standard, complaining that they carry an unfair burden in securing credit card data.
