Veeam takes on virtual management A Cleveland start-up with roots in Windows management is taking its past successes and applying them to virtual environments. Veeam launches free monitoring tool Veeam Software has launched a free tool for VMware professionals designed to provide real-time monitoring of ESX and ESXi. Could endpoint virtualization solve IT management problems? As if managing complex environments wasn't difficult enough, IT executives today must do so with less staff and cash. With this in mind, Symantec polled 300 network administrators to get a better gauge on what worries them in regards to managing IT, specifically distributed endpoints, in a down economy.
