Oregon joins list of states saying no to Real ID Oregon is one step closer to becoming the latest in a steadily growing number of states to reject the federal Real ID Act. CIA wants more foreign language skills in a big way  The CIA has been a master in the foreign language arena for years but the agency wants to get a whole lot better.  In fact it wants to increase the number of multi-lingual speakers 50% in the next five years.
