CIA wants more foreign language skills in a big way
 The CIA has been a master in the foreign language arena for years but the agency wants to get a whole lot better.  In fact it wants to increase the number of multi-lingual speakers 50% in the next five years. But that's not all.  CIA director Leon Panetta said in a memo the agency wants to: -Double the number of analysts and collectors who are proficient in languages, particularly those that are mission critical;
