Sunday, July 14th: Camp OFA in Brooklyn

Organizing for Action
Joe --

This summer has already been jam-packed with action on everything from immigration reform to climate change to marriage equality.

But you haven't seen anything yet.

This August, while our members of Congress are home for congressional recess, OFA is launching a concerted effort to make our voices heard.

That's why we're inviting some of our top volunteers like you to join us in Brooklyn for Camp OFA, a special half-day training program where you can pick up skills and tips to take your organizing to the next level in August (and beyond).

Reserve your spot now -- join us for Camp OFA on Sunday, July 14th in Brooklyn.

Here are the details:

What: Camp OFA in Brooklyn

Where: 10 Grand Army Plaza
Brooklyn, NY 11238

Whether you're new to organizing or an old pro, this is a great way to learn about our plans for August, and chat with the folks in your community who'll be working on them, too.

You'll get some helpful tips unique to issue organizing, get a look at the strategy that's driving our issue-based campaigns, and find out how your work will help move these issues forward this summer.

It's not just going to be very informative -- it'll be a lot of fun.
