Feds to Clear Officer Darren Wilson in Ferguson Case

The Justice Department is expected to recommend that no federal civil rights charges be made against Officer Darren Wilson in the fatal shooting of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri, the New York Times reports. While Attorney General Eric Holder could still decide to overrule the decision, an FBI investigation found no evidence to support charges.
