The “Original” Strength Camp Workout

My passion at Strength Camp has always been
to help athletes develop their game on and off
the field.

In fact, the program I am sharing with you today was the
ORIGINAL Strength Camp workout and it was one of the
most successful in helping our athletes develop their game
on and off the field by:

  • Making them faster and more explosive
  • Improving sport specific testing scores
  • and getting them to put on muscle and mass FAST

All of these factors are going to heavily influence
how you start the NEXT season in whatever sport
you play.
