Joe -- One of my favorite parts of days of action is getting to see all the news stories and clips that highlight the work OFA volunteers are doing around the country. It's a great reminder that our work is making a splash and driving the conversation nationwide -- plus, it's fantastic to see hard-working volunteers get featured. Just take a look at some of the stories from Tuesday's climate change Day of Action: The Herald-Times put OFA Indiana volunteers on the front page -- along with a great shot of Rep. Todd Young accepting his award. He looks like he might have mixed feelings about it: In The Tampa Tribune, OFA Florida supporters made the news for calling out Senator Marco Rubio on his refusal to accept that climate change is real, manmade, and dangerous: The Times Leader wrote up OFA Pennsylvania's trophy delivery to Rep. Lou Barletta, describing the trophy elegantly as, "A silver unicorn, front legs kicking": Rep. Walter Jones took some heat from WITN and OFA North Carolina supporters, who said they hope he'll return the award when he comes around to accepting the science behind climate change: And OFA Colorado supporters got the attention of local CBS affiliate KREX when they called out Rep. Scott Tipton as a climate change denier: Those are just some of the hundreds of great press stories from around the country, all starring OFA supporters like you and the great work you're doing on the ground. Make sure your friends and family see how OFA is driving the conversation -- and let them know that they can be in the papers, too.
