Escaping failed squats


Squat for long enough, and this'll

happen to you...

You sink down to squat with a barbell.
You get to the bottom of the movement.
But this time... you realize you're
NOT coming back up.

Maybe you've already done a few reps.
Maybe it's your first rep and the
weight's just too damn heavy.

Either way, it's a tricky situation.
