On Today's Program

There aren't too many people on the planet more inspirational than Marcus Luttrell. His story of survival is both horrific and hopeful. Over the weekend, he gave a pre-game speech to Alabama's football team and the players said they were ready to "run through a brick wall" after it. Glenn asked Marcus to write about hope for today's #IChooseHope campaign. What he submitted is truly inspirational. READ

According to Ravi, hope takes years to build but only moments to shatter. He says hope, like character, doesn't live under the "tyranny of the immediate," but rather is built on the conviction that God's eternal values are unshakeable. In these dark times, what is the one thing that gives Ravi hope? Find out HERE.

One of the best messages of God and hope ever made
Ben Breedlove was an internet YouTube blogger who posted a variety of videos covering everything from dating to relationships and advice. He also had a heart condition that ultimately led to cardiac arrest and his death at age 18. Before he died, he posted a video introducing himself and describing a near death experience he had as a result of the condition. At the end he tells the audience "Do you believe in Angels or God? I do." Other media outlets have edited out many of the religious elements, but Glenn aired it in its entirety back in 2012. WATCH
