Try this for breakfast tomorrow

Normally, anything with the term "Anabolic" in it,

I tend not to recommend to people...but in this case
I HIGHLY recommend it.

In the morning, upon waking up (after hitting the snooze button a few times)
you are probably already running late for your day right?

So the second thing you do is rush through your house
to get ready and then you probably convince yourself
that you don't have time to make breakfast and you'll
just get something on your way to wherever you're going.

And let me guess; what you get is NOT what you should be eating.

This probably happens more often than you think.

Maybe 5 out of 7 days?

The easy solution is to prepare in advance.

Here's an EASY way to make sure you get some great nutrition on-the-go.

Prepare a batch of THESE muffins every Sunday night to last you
mid-week any time you need a quick bite.

BANANA & PEANUT BUTTER HIGH PROTEIN MUFFIN
(with permission from Dave Ruel, aka "The Muscle Cook"
author of Anabolic Cooking - Muscle building meals that taste great

Makes 1 serving (3 big muffins)

Ingredients

o ¾ cup oatmeal
o ¼ cup oat bran
o 1 tbsp whole wheat flour
o 6 egg whites
o ½ scoop vanilla protein powder
o ¼ tsp baking soda
o ½ tsp stevia
o 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
o 1 big banana
o ½ tsp vanilla extract
o ½ tsp banana extract

Directions

1. In a blender, mix all the ingredients (except for the banana).
Blend until the mix gets thick.

2. Cut the banana in thin slices or cubes.

Add the banana to the mix and stir (with a spoon or a spatula)

3. Pour the mix in a muffin cooking pan, and cook at 350°F.
Until cooked (about 30 minutes).

Quick Tip:

You can cook a big batch and freeze the muffins.
Then just microwave the muffins when needed...
