It's exactly what Glenn has been saying for years, which he has been made fun of for, but truth no one on the left was willing to echo. This is awkward... Defense Secretary Ash Carter had been sworn in for mere moments when Joe Biden decided to get a little too close to Carter's wife. As Carter was giving his remarks, Biden put his hands on Stephanie Carter's shoulders and whispered into her ear. She seemed just as disgusted by the whole thing as Glenn was seeing the photo. HERE
