Add 100 lbs to your back squat

Explosive power is a MUST in contact sports.

You have to be able to move fast, change direction

and make quick decisions while on the field.

You can't do that without STRONG legs.

But strength and explosive strength are two

very different things and while both can result

in muscular definition, only one will leave your

competition in your rear view as you tear down

the field.

Gridiron Domination << Build Muscle, Burn Fat and Stay Functional

That's why when Chris and I train came up with the original

Strength Camp workout for athletes in their off-season,

we focused on increasing their back squat numbers and

helped them develop explosive power from the ground up.

On average, by the end of our training camp our
athletes end
up being able to stack on an up to
2 extra plates to each side of the bar and see
an explosion in their squat that they never
had before.

And it doesn't stop there! This gain in strength
translates into a gain in nearly every other exercise
they perform and the real
results show when they
step back onto the field next season.

Since it's inception in 2012, we have EVOLVED the original

Strength Camp workout into what we now call, GRIDIRON DOMINATION.

Gridiron Domination << add 2 plates per side on your barbell back squat

This really is what I consider the ultimate program you

should follow if you want to have your best start ever

in your next season opener.

Grow Stronger,

Elliott
