Hal -- Four years ago today, Barack signed the Affordable Care Act into law. Since then, millions of people have signed up for quality, affordable health care -- in many cases for the first time. Today, young people can stay on their parents' health care while they pursue their dreams, 129 million Americans with pre-existing conditions are newly protected against discrimination, lifetime caps on coverage are a thing of the past; and the rate of uninsured Americans has steadily dropped.
