Hey -- As a dad to a newborn, I never expect to get all that much sleep, but there's something else that's been keeping me up lately. A small group of millionaires are giving special interest groups and super PACs dump trucks full of money, or making donations themselves to Republican candidates -- so that those candidates can become GOP senators, members of Congress, and governors who will support policies which benefit that small group of millionaires. It is a scary thing to think about. But what will be even scarier is if our candidates find themselves coming up short in the last few weeks before Election Day with millions of dollars still coming in to help our opponents. There are just 44 days left to make a difference in this election. Chip in $3 or more to make sure Democrats can win: If you've saved your payment information, your donation will go through immediately. QUICK DONATE: $3 QUICK DONATE: $10 QUICK DONATE: $25 QUICK DONATE: $50 QUICK DONATE: $100 Or donate another amount: Thanks! Jordan Jordan Kaplan Finance Director Democratic National Committee |
