Joe ... this is pretty absurd

Joe -- Think of all the things John Boehner has said he can't -- or won't -- do. On everything from the minimum wage to comprehensive immigration reform, his list of excuses is long and getting longer. With Congress returning to session this week, we thought maybe Speaker Boehner could use a pep talk. Check out our video message for John Boehner -- and add your name to demand better from the Speaker of the House. We admit: This is pretty absurd. But then again, so is the nonsense we've seen from the House of Representatives -- suing the President, voting to strip deportation protections from DREAMers, and threatening to shut down the government (again). We refuse to accept that gridlock and cynicism need to be permanent fixtures on Capitol Hill. The American people deserve better. We sent these representatives all there to work for us, and we're going to demand that they at least try to do that.
