End of Bailouts, Hillary's Trade Flip-Flops, and Biggest Anti-Terror Strike Since OBL

In a surprise ruling Monday, Judge Thomas Wheeler of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims may have put an end to federal bailouts. In a case brought by former AIG CEO Mo Greenberg, Judge Wheeler ruled the federal government broke the law when it wrested the company away from Greenberg. Combined with other changes in Dodd-Frank, the New York Times' Dealbook reports it may spell the end for bailouts.
