I mean, REALLY hungry.Living a busy life can sometimes leave me eatingsome of the same meals over and over again so,I like to switch it up every now and again.Today I want to pass on this recipe to you because it is what I am having for supper tonight.GRILLED TEX MEX CHICKEN(with permission from Dave Ruel, aka "The Muscle Cook"author of Anabolic Cooking - Muscle building meals that taste greatMakes 4 servingsIngredientso 4 chicken breasts (boneless, 6oz each)o 1 cup salsao ⅓ cup low-fat cheddaro 1 tbsp olive oilo 1 tsp garlico 1 tsp chili powdero 1 tsp basilo 1 tsp oreganoo 1 diced green bell peppero 1 diced red bell peppero 1 tsp lime juiceo Salt and pepperDirections1. In a bowl, mix the salsa, olive oil, garlic, chili powder, basil,oregano, lime juice2. Cut up chicken.Place the chicken and diced peppers in the mixture, cover andmarinate in the refrigerator 8 hours or overnight3. Place chicken mixture in aluminum foil, create pocket,add some of the marinade to keep moist and cook forapproximately 30 minutes at 350°F.4.
