Republicans wrapped up their first debate of the presidential primary season Thursday night after two hours of fiery exchanges.
Donald Trump seized the tension in the opening moments and dominated the debate. He refused to rule out a third-party presidential bid and blasted many of his fellow candidates.
Rand Paul and Chris Christie engaged in a spirited debate over civil liberties while Jeb Bush cautioned against "divisive" language that could hurt the party.
